7. Why can't I receive push messages?

11. Why are there no data in the activity weekly report and the sleep weekly report?
Here, you need to distinguish between daily step data, sleep data, weekly step data, and sleep data, and view them on different pages of the APP. Daily step data can be viewed on the homepage, and daily sleep data can be viewed on the sleep details page.

12. Why is it not counting steps?
When the device is in sleep mode, it does not count steps. For example, when you get up in the morning, you need to start counting steps in the wake-up state. Wear the device and walk dozens of steps continuously to see if it can count steps. Step counting is an automatic learning process. According to the behavior of different people, it will automatically adapt, and the step counting of the device will become more and more accurate.

13. How to monitor sleep?
When people sleep, they are generally in a static state, and when they turn over and move their arms, the device's sensors will record activity changes. The device is worn on the wrist, and it keeps track of changes due to body movements and determines whether a person is in a sleeping state. In order to monitor sleep accurately and effectively, we have set unique monitoring conditions, and only data that truly meets the conditions will be recorded as valid sleep data.

14. Why is there no sleep data when wearing the device to sleep?
1. The body moves too frequently during sleep, and the sleep quality is very poor, so the device recognizes it as a non-sleeping state.
2. Sleep will only be recorded if the time of falling asleep is between 8 pm and 10 am.
